Warm-Up:
- Jog to road and back
- 50 double under attempts
- joint mobility (pass throughs)
- 1 Round standard warm-up
Group Warm-Up:
- Snatch Balance
Strength:
- Bench Press (weights and rep schemes at the gym)
Conditioning:
10 Rounds, each completed in 1 minute, of:
- 100m Shuttle Run (Sprint)
- 5 Front Squats (135/95)
Rest 30 seconds between each round.
