Sprint Work:
- 100m @ 50%
- 100m @ 75%
- 100m @ 90%
- 100m @ 100%
- 100m @ 100%
Rest approximately 1 minute between sprints.
Conditioning:
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 -
- Burpees
- Box Jump Overs
