    L - 10 original recipe chicken nuggets from KFC with a little honey mustard, 1 piece of their boneless original recipe
    D - 10 grilled brussel sprouts

    L- salad w/field greens, avocado, green and red bell pepper, celery, and a chicken leg
    D- I pigged out... I was starving! 3 eggs, 6 oz. venison sausage, handful of raw mixed nuts, bowl of blueberries and 4 strawberries, one date

    12 oz. berry tea, 12 oz. green tea 64 oz. water

    L- Ground Pork taco meat, spinach, tomoatos, avocado & salsa
    D- 6 oz Filet, Grilled Asparagus, Chopped Pecan Salad

  10. Breakfast: pineapple, banana, strawberries, and a donut hole
    Lunch: two extra crispy drumsticks and Mac and cheese
    Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza and a hot wing
    Snack: a smoothie
    Drinks: 2 unsweet teas with blackberry, water, and a diet dr. Pepper
