Thursday, August 22, 2013 - Workout

Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- Accumulate 75 Double Unders
- Joint Mobility - Squat Therapy
- 2 Rounds Std Warm-Up

Skill Work:
- Overhead Squats

Conditioning:
3 Rounds -
- 50 Double Unders
- 50' OH Walking Lunges (45/35)
- 25 Burpees

15 Minute Cut-Off

  2. 100 Singles,15# lunges, 15 burpee's 2 rounds, 100 singles, lunges and 4 burpee's
    Burpee's make me feel defeated. Weak, and not proud when finished
    They make me not want to get up. But I have and from the 5 on my first day of work out to the 34 I did today in 15 minutes I am improving and I know that is the most important thing. Still feel weak.
