ReplyDeleteBurpee's make me feel defeated. Weak, and not proud when finished
They make me not want to get up. But I have and from the 5 on my first day of work out to the 34 I did today in 15 minutes I am improving and I know that is the most important thing. Still feel weak.
Margie you are doing great. You look great as well. Keep up the good work and effort.
