Sprint Work:
- 5 x 30s/30s - 200m turnaround

Conditioning:
3 Rounds, each in 3 minutes-
- 60 DU's (180 Singles)
- 6 Goblet Squats (50/35)
- AMRAP KB Swings

90 seconds rest between rounds.
