    D- broiled chicken breast, squash and zucchini, boiled egg, lettuce, avocado, 2 tbs salsa
    lemonade, diet coke, gum

    B- 2 eggs, 2 pc. bacon
    S- 2 strawberries, 4 bites pineapple, banana
    L- eggplant and Italian sausage- sm. serving, field greens w/chicken, avocado, salsa, grilled onions & bell pepper
    S- handful of raw pecans & one date
    D- oven grilled onions, bell pepper, mushrooms, squash & zucchini, sweet potato fries, 3 oz. steak
    decaf bl. coffee, unsweetened berry tea

  4. Ok Super Bowl Sunday
    B/ two slices of toast with butter and coffee
    L/ what-a-burger grill chicken sandwich with unsweetened tea. No fries
    D/ assuage balls, a little meatloaf ( Kat made) hand full of grapes and a coupe bits of smoked cheeses. Water NO beer. Yah

    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSP Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee
    L. Nothing
    D.1 Ancho Chile Braised Country Style Pork Ribs
    S. Banana, Basil Hummus, carrots, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, jicama, celery and Pita chips, 4 jalapeƱos stuffed with avocado wrapped in bacon, 3 glasses of wine
    75 set-ups, 60 push-ups, 130 crunches, tried to do doubles but turned out to be real fast singles.
