- 100m Sled Drag
- 15 Sit-Ups
- 30 Squats
- 45 Singles

    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSPs Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee
    L. Salad w/lettuce, onions, mushroom, tomatoes, broccoli, and ranch dressing. 6 green olives, steamed broccoli, mushrooms, 4 pieces of general TSO chicken and chicken baked or grilled on a stick.
    D. Pork chop, onion, cabbage, carrots, and Rotel, glass of wine
    S. Banana, protein bar, chewing gum, 15 almonds

    BB spark, 2 sauage links and 3 eggs
    lunch tuna 2.5 oz mayo,avocado,celery,pickle, 4oz tiplia salsa
    Dinner still cooking 6 oz tiplia, avocado, salsa, apple, may have popcorn if still hungry.
    So Proud of every one. We did great. It was really hard but fun(did I say fun)
    well I did better and I am Proud of myself.

    1. Not sure if we have to post but forgot for lunch banana (one for dinner too) and apple for lunch and dinner. too much fruit but no choc. okay i put some choc on my apple.

    And DINNER
    I might have eaten a few chips from Gringos and a few GALLONS of green sauce...Bahahaha....ok maybe not that much :-)
