    B. 1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSP Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, 2 cups of coffee
    L. Salad: baby spinach, carrots, tomatoes, celery, bell peppers, jicama and vinaigrette.
    D. 1 fillet of backed cod, baked broccoli, and red pepper with garlic, and butter.
    S. Banana, 2 protein bars
    75 set-ups, 45 push-ups, 150 crunches, worked on doubles but no cigar.

    D- chicken with peppers and onion on a tortilla, steak, peppers and onions over a salad with dressing.

    S- handful of raw nuts, one date
    L- Italian sausage and eggplant
    D- ground hamburger meat w/ grilled onions, squash, zucchini, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, and an amazing venison meat stick from the deer that Zach, the incredible deer slayer, just slayed!! :)
