- Light Jog or 250m Row or Double Under Practice
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds Standard Warm-Up

Strength:
- Week 1 - Back Squat

Conditioning:
8 Rounds Tabata of -
- Hollow Rocks
- Goblet Squats (45/35)
- Burpees

    Tabata - 210 reps
    Situps (85 reps)- hollow rocks r ugly :-(
    Goblet Squats 35# (85 reps)
    Burpees (40 reps)

    WOD 172 w/ 44lb for the Goblet Squat and did sit-ups instead of hollow rocks
