Warm-Up:
3 Rounds -
- 10 Jumping Jacks
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 1 Minute Deep Squat (use pole for balance)

Strength:
- Deadlift (3, 3, 3, 3, 3)

Conditioning:
Amrap in 15 Minutes -
- 300m Run
- 15 Sit-Ups
- 10 Box Jumps
- 5 Medball Clean Wallball Shots (20/14)
