- 5 Wall Walks
- 10 Hanging Leg Raises

- 15 Ring Rows

Group Warm-Up:

10 Minute EMOM -
- 3 Power Clean
- 3 Push Press
- 3 Back Squat

Conditioning:

8 Rounds Tabata of:
- Double Unders
- Goblet Squats
- Knees to Elbows
- Row for Calories

    WOD 2# situps 58 cal row 31? KB 25# 25 I think jump ropes 185(61.6666)
    okay does not sound like much but it was really hard.
