- 10 Weighted Push-Ups


Group Warm-Up:
- Hang Clean Review

Strength:
EMOM for 10 Minutes -
- 3 Hang Cleans (Squat or Power)

Conditioning:
4 Rounds -
- 400m Run
- Rest 2 Min
