Warm-Up:
3 Rounds -
- 5 Wall Walks
- 10 Ring Rows

- 15 Squats

Group Warm-Up:

10 Minute Ascending EMOM -
- Snatch (Squat or Power)
Weight should be something around 40-50% of your 1RM

Conditioning:

4 Rounds For Time -
- 15 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 25 Squats
- 400m Run

    5:30 - 18:51
    6:30 - 19:40ish
    should have been faster on the runs for sure
