- 6 Push-Ups (to abmat)
- 9 Squats (to medball)

    L= paleo chili, water
    LS= nut ball, water
    D= HB pattie with Brussels sprouts with onions and mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, water, 1/2 almond milk
