    Lunch: almonds and dates
    Dinner: chicken and beef fajitas with onions and bell peppers covered in a creamy sauce with charro beans

  3. B= scrambled eggs with mushrooms, onions, bacon, paleo banana, almond pancakes with agava, water and chocolate almond milk
    L= chili, water fruit snack
    LS= little popcorn, water, banana pop
    D= salad with chicken, avocado, Brussels sprouts, balsamic vinaigrette, water

    Exercise: 18 minutes of 1.25 mile walk/run
    1 mile run with out stopping
    .25 walk

    1. It posted before I was finished!!

      Water all day and my workout was walking up and down the stairs of the USS Lexington with a 15 lb sandbag I mean Naomi for three hours and then the aquarium for 2 hours :)

    B=2 egg, potato, bacon, cheese and salsa breakfast burritos,2 cups of coffee, Slim, water
    S= 15 almonds
    L= cereal bar
    D= T-bone and baked potato, 6 beers.
    Stationary bike for 10 minutes, 30 push-ups and 40 sit-ups
