    B-sausage and cheese kolache and a blueberry donut and chocolate milk
    S-banana
    L-brisket pinto bean potato salad roll and a few bites of sugar cookie (I was stealing bites from the nieces and nephews :)
    D-cheeseburger and 3 fries

    Had water, a glass of wine and tea.

    Lunch: brisket, potato salad, and beans
    Dinner: a pickle and some almonds
    Drinks: black coffee, unsweet tea, and water
    Exercise: 40 min of walking and 20 min of ab work
