Sunday, November 9, 2014 - Day 35 of Fall Challenge

This is it!!! Monday, Wednesday and Thursday of this week we will be repeating the workouts from the beginning of the challenge and see how much all of us have improved.  Eat well, get plenty of rest, and make sure you show up all 3 days this week.

If you know you won't be able to make it to one of the days please arrange with your coach to make the workouts up some time this week.

    Lunch: pulled pork, cabbage, sweet potatoes
    Snack: half of a protein bar
    Dinner: trail mix and an egg
    Exercise: an hour of body weight movements

    B= s scrambled eggs with 1/2 avocado, almond milk, water
    L= paleo cream of chicken soup with asparagus, mushroom and onions, water, protein ball
    D= Brussels sprouts hash with bacon and 1 egg, water

    Exercise:
    20 minutes of 1.25 miles
    1 mile run without stopping
    .25 walk

    D- chicken Belagio, few bites of cheese cake.
