    Kate Foster story was very good. I cryed in parts and I am really glad she did not die. 2nd visit to hospital I was not sure how it was going to end.

    L- Spinach, cucumber, 1/4 avocado, eggs, nitrate free bacon, 1/2 cup chicken
    S- 1/4 cup pistachios & almonds
    D- 3 bacon wrapped almond stuffed figs, 1/2 glass Chardonnay, pumpkin muffin.
    Water, Water & more water and 2 Sparks

    1. Pot Roast meat and juices, 1 baby carrot... at 10:30 at night... 2 Tablespoons of PB2 @ 11:00pm. I should have gone to bed at 10.

    Dinner- chicken with salad with sweet tea

    L- 1/2 lamb steak, salad w/fresh greens, radishes, celery, avocado
    D- salad w/ onions, cherry tom., bell pepper, chicken breast
    bowl of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, handful of raw nuts and one date

    16 oz. berry tea, 16 oz. green tea, 50 oz. water

    Dinner: pita chips with cream cheese covered in a sauce, a paleo pumpkin muffin, 3 dates wrapped in bacon, a piece of cake
    Drinks: half and half tea, lots of water
