Kate Foster story was very good. I cryed in parts and I am really glad she did not die. 2nd visit to hospital I was not sure how it was going to end.

Bf: egg white and turkey on flatbread L: grilled chicken sandwich S: granola bar, pumpkin muffin, some bacon wrapped dates D: bowl of cereal with fat free milk Water, coke zero, gum, tea
