8 Pull-Ups

    Used 155# for the EMOM Back Squats

    finished the round of 3 Push-Ups and 8 Power Cleans (2 rounds short of finishing). The elevated push-ups wore-out my shoulder to the point where I could barely handle the 155# PC's.
