Saturday, October 5, 2013 - NO WORKOUT TODAY

We will not have a workout today. If you are feeling ambitious, run a 5k and post your time.

  1. I did not see this post until this morning... I went to 24 hr fitness and did
    50 jumping Squats
    40 Dumbell Snatches @ 35#
    30 Situps on a vertical bench
    20 Burpees, jumped over a bench
    10 Deadlifts @ 115#
    Lunges w/ a 35# weight probably 50ft - it was 19 lunges
