Warm-Up:
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 20 Burpees
- 10 Tuck Jumps

Strength:
- Bench Press (10, 5, 3, 1, 1, 1)

Conditioning:
- 500m Row
- 100 minus your age Pull-Ups
- 100 minus your age Push-Ups
- 100 minus your age Sit-Ups
- 100 minus your age Squats
- 800m Run

  1. Bench Press- 10@95#, 5@125#, 1@145# (so disappointed to have gotten this weak)

    Workout- 24:34 (70 reps) (green band for pullups)

    Definitely a tough one...but loved every minute :-)
