Warm-Up:

- 40 Double Unders
- 20 Squats
- 10 Push-Ups

 Strength/Skill Practice:

3 Rounds -
- 60s Weighted Barbell Step-Ups (95/65)
- Rest 30s
- 60s Hollow Rocks
- Rest 30s

Conditioning:
CrossFit's "Cindy":
AMRAP in 20 Minutes -
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 10 Push-Ups
- 15 Squats

or

CrossFit's "Mary":
AMRAP in 20 Minutes -
- 5 Handstand Push-Ups
- 10 Pistols (alternating)
- 15 Pull-Ups

    10 rounds - lat pull downs instead of pull ups

  2. Mary - 2 HSPU short of 9 rounds. Used poles for pistols and lat pull-downs for pull-ups because of hands.
