Warm-Up:

- 100m Run
- 10 DB Bent Over Row (per arm)
- 1 Minute Deep Squat (use pole for balance)

Group Warm-Up:
- Hip and Hamstring Therapy

Sprint Work:
- 5 x 200m working up to the last 2 being 100%

Conditioning:
CrossFit's Fran

- Thrusters (95/65)
- Pull-Ups
