Group Warm-Up:
EMOM for 10 Minutes-

- 5 Squats
- 5 Sit-Ups

Conditioning:
3 Rounds For Time:
- 400m Run
- 25 Wall Ball Shots
- 20 Medball Cleans
- 15 Medball Sit-Ups
