Conditioning:
AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 100m Sprint
- 7 Power Clean
- 14 Front Squats

Rest 3 Minutes

AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 100m Sprint
- 7 Power Snatch
- 14 Overhead Squats
