- 5 Hang Power Cleans (185/115)

Conditioning:
3 RFT -- 10 Alternating Pistols
- 20 Alternating DB/KB Snatch (45/35)
- 30 Walking Lunges

Delete#65 3-6 then after 3 went to 3-3-3 and it was still very hard
ReplyDeleteWOD 15:15 ate hot dogs for lunch and they really wanted to come up.
That much be why Paleo is so much better for work out.
I don't like doing the rush movements. It make me feel like a failure.
Is it just me?
