Warm-Up:
- 300m Run
2 Rounds -
- 5 Pull-Ups
- 5 Push-Ups
- 5 Dips
- 10 Squats

Skills & Strength:
EMOM for 10 Minutes -
- 5 Deadlift (185/115)
- 5 Hang Power Cleans (185/115)
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Squats

Conditioning:
3 RFT -
- 10 Alternating Pistols
- 20 Alternating DB/KB Snatch (45/35)
- 30 Walking Lunges

    WOD: 7:14 (squats instead of pistols)

  2. #65 3-6 then after 3 went to 3-3-3 and it was still very hard
    WOD 15:15 ate hot dogs for lunch and they really wanted to come up.
    That much be why Paleo is so much better for work out.
    I don't like doing the rush movements. It make me feel like a failure.
    Is it just me?
