    B= scrambled eggs with bacon, mushrooms, onions, salsa, water, chocolate almond milk
    L= few bites of chili, banana pop paleo, water
    D= paleo chili, 6 fritos, 2 small gingerbread cookies, water

    Exercise:
    39 minutes of 2.25 mile walk/run

    B=1 cup fruit, 1 TBSP honey, 1 scoop of protein powder, 1 TSP Coconut Oil, 2 TBSPs Flax seed, 1 cup Kefir, Slim, water
    S= protein bar, 15 almonds, water
    L= Salad with ranch dressing, cucumbers, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans, General TSO’s chicken, baked chicken, beef and broccoli, ½ banana, It was just a few pieces of each item.Water
    D= 2 pieces of chicken Cabo, 2 beers.

    Snack: carrots and red pepper
    Dinner: taco soup

    D- guacamole, Pico de gallo, 1 flower tortilla, a bit of sour cream, chips
