    B-sausage biscuit with cheese, a has brown,and I sweet tea
    L-chicken 1 cup of green beans and I cup of squash and zucchini almonds and craisians with water
    D-cheeseburger with a few fries and I sweet tea

    B= egg omelet, with red bell pepper, red onions, tomatoes, venison sausage, water
    L= protein shake with banana, blueberries, almond butter, water
    S= chocolate mug cake, coconut flour, vanilla, almond butter, egg, agave, unsweetened organic chocolate powder, water
    D= eggplant with marinara, water
    Exercise: 45 min of 7.50 mile bike ride

    D- steak, sweet pot., green beans and onions, raw pecan halves and one date

    oat meal and coffe for breakfast
    lasagna for lunch
    piece of jalipino sasage for dinner

    drank water with all meals. Had a couple of beers in the evening

    D= Homemade beef stew, beer.
    Did a lot of hiking with heavy back pack, climbed trees, and cutting wood.
