    D= bite of chicken and Brussels sprout hash, water
    Exercise: 33 min of 5.50 mile bike run

    L-Mediterranean chicken said with half tea half lemonade
    D-pork chop with squash and zucchini and red potatoes with wine

    Workout- walked around the mall for 3 hours

    B- 2 eggs w/ chicken red pepper sausage, pico, salsa
    L- 2 oz pastrami w/ spring greens, avocado slices, cherry tom, 8 oz carrot juice
    D- chicken and veggie soup
    cup black coffee, water, unsweetened green and passion tea

    Angela workout:
    30min interval run/walk with jogging stroller; 5min ab workout

    Spent 2 hours cleaning out boxes, debris and construction material from house we are getting ready to sell.

    D- Chicken -Chile ancho sauce- pasta rolls topped with cilantro & polablo cream. A mimosa.

    B= Honey bun, apple, protein drink
    , 1 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water
    S= protein bar, 15 almonds, fiber bar
    L=gumbo
    D= Campers delight, beer.
    Did a lot of hiking with heavy back pack, climbed trees, and cutting wood.
