Jessica food: B- 2 eggs w/ chicken red pepper sausage, pico, salsa L- 2 oz pastrami w/ spring greens, avocado slices, cherry tom, 8 oz carrot juice D- chicken and veggie soup cup black coffee, water, unsweetened green and passion tea
Angela workout: 30min interval run/walk with jogging stroller; 5min ab workout
Spent 2 hours cleaning out boxes, debris and construction material from house we are getting ready to sell.

Rodney Freeburn B= Honey bun, apple, protein drink , 1 cups of coffee, Plexus Slim, water S= protein bar, 15 almonds, fiber bar L=gumbo D= Campers delight, beer. Did a lot of hiking with heavy back pack, climbed trees, and cutting wood.
