    B= Protein shake, with 1 cup almond milk, 2 TBS flaxseed ,1 TSP coconut oil, Slim, water
    S= protein bar, 15 almonds
    L= salad with carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, 2 TBS Balsamic Vinaigrette and an apple
    D= Chicken Cabo salad with Margareta vinaigrette, 2 beers, chips and salsa.
    WOD used 95# , time 27:35
