    No exercise not feeling so good today

    Lunch: southwestern soup and an apple
    Dinner: chili and a bite of cake
    Drinks: water
    Exercise: 45 min of walking/jogging and 15 min of yoga and stretching

  4. B-protein shake (bananas strawberries and almond milk)
    L-beef and chicken fajitas two granola bars and a banana
    D-spaghetti squash with red sauce

    Water all day everyday!

    B- coffee, 2 eggs, ham
    L- nuts, yoghurt, cliff bar
    D- chilli, bite of cake,
    S-wasabi beans

    WOD:
    8 hours sanding/walking
    45 minute wog (walk/jog)
    15 mins yoga,core,stretch

    L: ham sandwich with chips
    D: chicken spaghetti

    Workout for today: 1 mile jog/ 30 sit ups/ 20 squats/ 10 push ups
    **Also field trip to the zoo.. Walked all day!! **
