    Lunch- chicken, brown rice, spinach salad
    Snack- Apple
    Dinner- chicken, spinach salad,whole wheat pasta salad (pasta, eggs, green onions, cheese and a little ranch dressing)

    L- small steak, carrots, water, apple
    D- 1 grilled chicken breast, green beings, salad, water

    B- eggs w/pico and spinach
    L- Italian sausage w/ onions and bell peppers in a pasta sauce
    D- eggs with a T of mayo
    S- raw mixed nuts, 1/4 of an apple
    Water, black cup of coffee

  4. B- shake, banana and green tea
    AM Snack- rice cake
    L- half a pita slice with turkey, lettuce and 1 slice of colby Jack cheese and grapes
    PM Snack- veggies and hummus
    D- small salad and 2 slices thin crust pizza.

    No alcohol, which was actually hard for me, because I always like a glass of wine to wind down from the week!
