    AM Snack- grapes
    L- 21 day fix lasagna and raw veggies
    PM Snack- grapes, veggies and a kind bar- I was hungry
    D- 2 ground beef tacos- homemade super leave meat- with crispy taco shells, lettuce and a little shredded cheese
    Dessert, lol- handful of Crispix

    Lunch- chicken and salad
    Snack- kind bar
    Dinner- chicken, sweet potatoes, steamed veggies
    Snack- Apple with almond butter
