    Lunch- 2 eggs, 4 slices of turkey bacon, Apple and peanut butter
    Dinner- meatballs, while wheat pasta, tomato sauce (1 orange container full) and spinach salad

    L: chicken breast, asparagus, 2 bites of Micah's yogurt/granola, 1 fresh cherry
    S: spark
    D: salad with olives, cucumbers, tomato and a little Italian dressing, green beans (had a small amount of stuffing), Brussels sprouts with bacon, passion tea, unsweet raspberry tea, small coffee with dash of cream

    B- 2 eggs, spinach, mushrooms, onions, a few bites of cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple
    L- salad, chicken, guacamole, pico
    D- salad, green beans, Brussels sprouts w/ bacon
    Water. Black coffee

    L- panera Fuji Apple salad and cup of potato soup
    PM Snack- 2 hard boiled eggs and grapes
    D- side salad, half a piece of lasagna from Antonio's and a glass of wine

    When I looked last night before bed it was not up yet, so I am just now posting
