  1. Day 3- sugar and caffeine detox is kicking my booty but I felt so great after that workout!!!

    Breakfast: shakeology, spinach, banana, and almond milk
    Lunch: Baja bowl (chipotle chicken, lettuce, rice, black beans, corn, onions)
    Dinner: pork tenderloin and steam veggies

    Will eat an apple with peanut butter tonight

  2. B- 2 egg muffins with turkey bacon, Pico and diced ham and grapes
    AM Snack- 2 hard boiled eggs
    L- salad with carrots, sugar snap peas, grilled chicken and feta cheese
    PM snack- an apple
    D- 2 scrambled eggs, wheat toast with almond butter, turkey bacon and small glass of nonfat milk

    L-baked chicken, vegetables melody and mashed potatoes strawberries and dewberries
    S-kind bar carrots and cucumber
    D-a bowl of chicken noodle soup and an apple with peanut butter

    L- chicken, steamed squash & zucchini, 1/2 sweet potato
    D- skirt steak, mix field green salad w/avocado, yellow bell pepper, olives
    water, cup of black coffee

  5. B: 2 egg muffins (bell pepper, onion, sausage, mushroom, cheese sprinkle), cup of coffee with 1T cream (trying to get down to black!!)
    L: 1/4 chicken, 1 egg muffin, 1 spark
    Snack: handful of veggie snax
    Post wod: banana
    D: 2 egg muffins, did a small helping of Greek yogurt, granola and blueberries

    D - beef stir fry, fresh green beans
    Lots of water throughout the day
