B: 2 egg muffins (bell pepper, onion, sausage, mushroom, cheese sprinkle), cup of coffee with 1T cream (trying to get down to black!!) L: 1/4 chicken, 1 egg muffin, 1 spark Snack: handful of veggie snax Post wod: banana D: 2 egg muffins, did a small helping of Greek yogurt, granola and blueberries
B -protein shake Snack - granola bar L - grilled chicken salad, banana Snack - protein shake D - beef stir fry, fresh green beans Lots of water throughout the day
Day 3- sugar and caffeine detox is kicking my booty but I felt so great after that workout!!!
