Conditioning:

- 25m Weighted Lunges (53/35)
- 20 KB Swings
- 15 Push-Ups

    Lunch- chicken enchiladas
    Snack- mixed nuts
    Dinner- egg roll a bowl

    PM Snack- Apple and a few bites of peanut butter and raw veggies
    D- 21 day fix Mac n cheese with chicken and broccli

    B-Apple, 2 eggs, 2 pc sausage
    L- salad w/ greens, radishes, yellow bell pepper, olives and a chicken leg
    S- raw pecan halves, bite of Italian sausage mixed with peppers and onions in an Italian sauce at HEB. Yum!
    D- hamburger meat w/ onions and mixed with chopped tomatoes, spaghetti squash, zucchini, cauliflower
    Water, black coffee
