Warm-Up -
- Light Jog
- Accumulate 50 DU's
- 1 Round:
-10 pull-ups
-15 push-ups
-20 squats

Group Warm-Up -
- 3 Rounds of 30s/30s on Rower

Strength -
- Back Squat 
3 EMOM for 8 minutes

Conditioning -
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of -
- 200m Run
- 10 Wall Ball Shots
