  1. Breakfast- Shakeology, spinach, almond milk
    Snack- nuts and dried cranberries
    Lunch- chipotle- chicken burrito, brown rice, cheese, pico and guacamole
    Dinner- egg roll in a bowl

    Tomorrow I want pizza, burger, fries, maybe chicken! And a COKE!

  2. B- shake, banana and tea
    AM Snakc- dried fruit, nuts and a slice of cheese
    L- 21 day fix lasagna a
    PM Snack- raw veggies, hummus and grapes
    D- a chicken fajita on a corn tortilla with Pico, water and a small margarita

    I understand today was theast day, but we were having dinne with friends and I wanted one. I haven't had one since we started!
