- 10 Strict Pull-Ups

Strength:
2 Rounds -
30s Handstand Hold
- 30s Hollow Hold
- 30s Superman Hold
- 1m Rest

Conditioning:

For Time -
- 400m Run
- 50 Pull-Ups
- 400m Run
- 50 Squats
- 400m Run
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 400m Run
- 50 Push-Ups
