Strength:
- Find 1RM - Bench Press

Conditioning:

- 30 DB Push Press
- 30 Box Jumps
- 30 Push-Ups
- 30 Sit-Ups
- 30 DB Deadlift
- 30 Wallball Shots
- 30 Walking Lunges
- 30 Double Unders
