Conditioning:

AMRAP in 14 Minutes -
- 7 Sandbag Get-Ups
- 14 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 21 Medball Sit-Ups (20/14)

  3. I did 2 rounds, 7 sandbags, 15 jump overs alto the last jumps were steps
    It was really hard, sandbags the worst.
