  1. Breakfast- shakeology, spinach, banana, almond milk
    Lunch- chicken tortilla soup, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich
    Dinner- chicken meatballs, while wheat pasta and marinara sauce

    I struggled today- I wanted a cheese burger and fries for dinner, I even texted my sister and she said she wouldn't come with me!

    AM Snack- kind bar
    L- 21 day fix broccoli, chicken mac n cheese and raw veggie
    PM Snack- nuts, cranberries and a piece of cheese
    D- half a burger with my husband and 5 sweet potato fries and a coffee

    Tons of water. It was tough at date night at top golf to not eat very bad, but I tried!
