    Lunch- chicken and steamed veggies
    Snack- 6 slices of tired breast
    Dinner- chicken enchiladas (21 day fix recipe- these are delicious!!)

    D- beef stew meat, onions, mushrooms, carrots, sweet pot.
    Water, unsweetened passion and green tea, black cup of coffee

    Snack- cheese stick
    D- slice of thin crust pizza
