Warm-Up:
- Light Jog
- Joint Mobility
- 15 UB DU's
- 2 Rounds:
-5 pull-ups
-10 push-ups
-15 squats

Strength:
- Alternating DB Snatch
6 EMOM for 6 minutes

Conditioning:
3 Rounds -
- 400m Run
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 15 Knees to Elbows

    Snack- mixed nuts
    Lunch- chicken and spinach salad
    Snack- Apple
    Dinner- chicken, brown rice, pico, guacamole and a sprinkle of cheese

    AM Snack- handful of nuts, dried fruit and a slice of cheese
    L- half a pita slice with turkey, lettuce and cheese and grapes
    PM Snack- raw veggies and hummus
    D- taco salad

    A ton of water today!
