Thursday, January 7, 2016-Day 4 of Challenge

Warm-Up:
- Jog to road and back
- 200 Unbroken Singles
- Joint Mobility
- 2 Rounds:
-10 squats
-10 push-ups
-10 sit-ups

Workout:
AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 7 DB Push Press (35/25)
- 14 Double Unders (or 50 Singles)
- 50m Sprint (1st light pole and back)

2 min rest

AMRAP in 7 Minutes -
- 7 Kettlebell Swings
- 7 Goblet Squats
- 50m Sprint

2 min rest

AMRAP in 7 Minutes - 
- 7 Burpees (jump onto plate)
- 14 Walking Lunges
- 50m Sprint

The order of the AMRAP's is not important.  Post your completed number of total rounds and food logs to comments.

  2. Super excited about my workout tonight- I went up in weights :) and I actually did double unders!!!

    4 rounds + burpees
    5 rounds + kettle bell swings
    5 rounds + 7 push press
    44lb kettle bell
    25 kettle bell
    DOUBLE UNDERS!!!!!

    I blew my diet today- I can tell you a million reasons why but at the end there all excuses!

    Breakfast: shakeology, spinach, cherries and pineapple
    Lunch: Baja chicken (chicken, rice and beans)... 5 onion rings and 6 cheese curds
    Dinner: nachos and a piece of a quesadilla

    AM Snack- half of a blueberry bagel and a tap of cream cheese
    L- Salata salad with grilled chicken, corn, sugar snap peas, egg and nuts
    PM Snack- 2 hard boiled eggs and grapes
    D- homemade brisket chili and shredded cheese

    AMRAP #1- 4 rounds
    AMRAP #2- 5 rounds
    AMRAP #3- 3 rounds

  5. B-shakeology made with almond milk a banana and spinach
    L-salad with lettuce and spinach tomatoes chicken and basaltic vinaigrette a cheese stick and a granola bar
    S-Apple with peanut butter
    D-BLEW IT!!! 2 1/2 pieces of pizza stranded on the side of the road with Stephen :(

    L: chicken breast with mushroom, poblano and onion in a white sauce, Pico and charro beans
    S: spark
    D: 6 burnt meatballs with Rudy's BBQ sauce.
    S: 1/2 handful of granola, cup of coffee with dash of cream
